Booking and cancellation terms

Booking

Any booking made on au-bout-du-reve.com becomes firm as soon as payment is confirmed. The full amount of the stay is paid online at the time of booking, by bank card via our secure payment provider Stripe.

Cancellation policy

The refund depends on the time between your cancellation and the arrival date:

• Jusqu'à 14 jours avant l'arrivée : remboursement intégral.
• Entre 14 jours et 7 jours avant l'arrivée : frais de 50% du montant total.
• Entre 7 jours et 48 h avant l'arrivée : frais de 75% du montant total.
• Moins de 48 h avant l'arrivée : aucun remboursement.

To cancel, contact us by email at franck.ardito@gmail.com stating the dates of your stay. Any refund is made to the original means of payment.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date or with a specific frequency are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance selling. By booking a stay on a given date, you therefore waive this right of withdrawal. Only the cancellation policy above applies.

Cancellation by the host

If we are unable to host you due to the host (force majeure, damage…), all sums paid are refunded to you in full, with no further compensation.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after seeking an amicable solution, jurisdiction is granted to the French courts.
